- ** Note: This update include revisions to the estimated quantities in Option 1 through Option Year 4. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. The contractors will provide services within a ten mile radius of the US Post Office located at 2105 East Cook Street, Springfield, Illinois 62703 and should be accessible to local transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on July 1, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on June 30, 2016. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, and Option Year Four respectively. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. The requirements for Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment and Mental Health Services for male and female Federal offenders include: Base Year: Estimated number of inmates = 20 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Intake Assessment and Report (one per inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 assessments Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 15 = 720 units Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 15 = 1,080 units Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 16 units (per inmate) x 2 = 32 units Mental Health Treatment Services: Mental Health Intake and Assessment & Report (one per inmate) for 5 inmates = 5 units Medication Monitoring (1 units per inmate) for 3 inmates = 3 monitoring units Mental Health Individual Counseling (30 minutes =1 unit) 48 units per inmate for 5 inmates = 240 units Mental Health Group Counseling (30 minutes =1 unit) 72 units per inmate for 5 inmates = 360 units Psychological Evaluation & Report (one Master's Required. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted.
