SOLICITATION AMENDMENT NOTICE #2 Solicitation VA-69D-11-IB-0070 Project CASCA SN3519 Solicitation Posted to FBO: 03/01/11 Modification #1: 03/02/2011 This Amendment #2 Dated: 03/21/11 Replace/Install New UPS, Batteries, & AC Unit at the VBA ITC Bld-215 on the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital Campus, Hines Illinois 60141 MODIFICATION #2 - REASON(S): The Site Walk-Thru was held as scheduled on March 15, 2011 at 10:00am. Due to the unexpected quantity of contractors that attended, and the inability for some contractors to get a proper and timely site walk-thru, additional Site Walk-Thru's are being conducted - By Appointment Only. Please call the COTR/Engineer Mr. Michael Lesnet, at 708-681-6735 or email: michael.lesnet@va.gov to schedule an appointment for Site Walk-Thru for ONE of the following days and times ONLY: "Tues.March 22, 201101:00 pm "Wed.March 23, 201108:00 am "Wed.March 23, 201110:00 am "Wed.March 23, 201101:00 pm "Thur.March 24, 201108:00 am "Thur.March 24, 201110:00 am "Thur.March 24, 201101:00 pm There will not be any additional Site Walk-Thru dates scheduled. Meeting location remains the same or will be specified otherwise by Mr. Lesnet. IN ADDITION to the change/add of additional Site Walk-Thru visits, it will be required to CHANGE the Questions Due Date and the Bid Opening Date.
