Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work for project 757-11-110, entitled Expand Clinical Space 2nd floor at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio, as required by drawings and specifications. The work includes but is not limited to general construction and installation of equipment necessary to Expand Clinical Space 2nd floor as shown and specified. Work to be completed with 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications, and drawings will be available on line o/a March 18, 2011. Estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A pre-bid-conference will be held at 10:45 a.m. (local time) Wednesday April 6, 2011 in the Room 3A071-3A073, at the VA Medical Center, 420 North James Rd., Columbus Ohio, 43219; all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend. This will be the only site visit scheduled for this project. Bid opening Monday, April 25, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. (local time). This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. NAICS 236220.
