- Arcata Associates, Inc. has a requirement for one (1) each F.01U.147.784 CronusMatrix Frame - Fiber w/dual power supplies, one (1) each F.01U.148.613 AZ - EditSoftware, three (3) each F.01U.118.857 Cronus 8 port AIO Card Kit - RJ12, one (1) eachF.01U.148.623 Cronus Intelligent Linking Firmware, one (1) each F.01U.118.864 CronusFiber Linking Kit, sixteen (16) each F01U.118.584 KP-12LK Key Panel - Blk 4F, sixteen(16) each F.01U.117.490 PH-88 single-sided headsets A4M (4 pin) connector, and six (6)each F.01U.117.498 PH-44 dual muff headsets A4M (4 pin) connector. Please complete theattached Request for Quote for submission. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are beingrequested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to usethe On-Line RFQ system to submit their quote. The On-line RFQ system is linked above orit may be accessed at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. Theinformation required by FAR Subpart 12.6 is included in the on-line RFQ.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writingdfrc-dl-arcata-procurement@mail.nasa.gov no later than March 25, 2011. It is the quoter'sresponsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potentialquoters will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-lineRFQ and amendments (if any).This order shall not contain any Grey Market items. In addition, all items are to be froma domestic source and under no circumstances will Grey Market items be offered and oraccepted.***NOTE: NO GREY MARKET ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE.
