- Asbestos Report Roof Core Construction Scope of Work for Roofing Replacement & Miscellaneous Upgrades on Building I - Gymnasium at the Homestead Job Corps Center. Attached is the SOW for the above mentioned project. Walk-thru is scheduled for March 17th, 2011 at 10:00 am in the Administration Buidling. All questions must be submitted NO LATER than March 24th, 2011. Responses will be posted by COB March 28, 2011. * * Added March 17, 2011 * * March 21st and March 23rd, Monday and Wednesday, contractors are welcome to inspect and measure the site from 10:15a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Please check in with Security and meet in the Administration Building. Davis-Bacon ACT applies. U.S.Governement Funds are used to pay all bills incurred by the Homestead Job Corps Center. As a result, all applicable Federal Regulations will be in effect.
