- THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS BEING POSTED FOR 15 DAYS. The US Army Corps of Engineers, CECT-SWF-MA is presoliciting for the Corpus Christi Army Depot(CCAD), Corpus Christi Texas a competitive small business set-aside requirement for a Job Order Contract (hereinafter JOC) requiring multi-disciplinary maintenance, repair and minor construction work. The unit price book to be utilized for this JOC is utilizing RS Means subscription. The result of the solicitation W9126G-11-R-0135 will be to award (One) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offeror. After award of the Base Contract is completed, task orders will be placed against said contract may involve any work itemized within the RS Means price book. This is a Total Small Business JOC that will support multiple facilities throughout the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. The SATOC IDIQ includes a Base Year with Four Option Years. The solicitation for this competitive requirement will be for a Total Small Business Request for Proposals (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. It is anticipated that the Task Order requirements will be firm-fixed-price task orders. The performance period under this JOC will be a base year period with four (1) year option periods. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $33,500,000.00. All responsible, qualified and responsive small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. The Solicitation W9126G11R0135 and the Request for Proposal will be available electronically on or about 02 APRIL 2011 and proposals will be due on or about 02 May 2011.
