- THIS IS ONLY THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO ACTION IS REQUESTED NOR REQUIRED. THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR AFTER 31 MARCH 2011, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format ONLY and will be posted on the FedBizOpps website when available. This procurement will be issued Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 541380. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. General Description: The National Park Service (NPS) has identified a requirement to have a contractor provide Radio Carbon Analysis for Katmai National Park and Preserve.
