- N: 19th Street N GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Arlington (Rosslyn submarket) Delineated Area: N: 19 th Street N E: N. Kent Street S: 17 th Street N W: N. Nash Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 32,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 41,000 Space Type: Contiguous Office (no more than 2 floors) Parking Spaces (Total): N/A Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 3 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: Two 1-year renewal options Additional Requirements: Energy Star® Rated buildings only Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: March 30, 2011 Market Survey (Estimated): April 8, 2011 Offers Due: May 31, 2011 Alterations (Estimated): July 2011 Occupancy (Estimated): September 2011 Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: Building name/address Location of space in the building and date of availability and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered ANSI/BOMA defined general office, warehouse and lab areas/usable square feet ("USF") Rentable Square Feet ("RSF") offered and rental rate per square foot, fully serviced.
