Description
The United States Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC) Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Division at ARDEC, is seeking sources that are capable of providing engineering support services and components for the Man Transportable Robotic System (MTRS) Program of Record. Specific services envisioned include fabrication and/or refurbishment of MTRS system components and prototyping/engineering services encompassing system upgrades and new capabilities of systems, subcomponents, and/or related EOD components. Services shall also include programmatic and engineering services, system engineering, quality engineering and assurance, modeling and simulation, systems integration, and the necessary environmental, safety, producibility, and hazardous disposal activities associated with EOD related products and services. Components will include spare parts, subassemblies, and complete systems, including prototype components and EOD specific items. Individual task orders may also include the development of new payloads, accessories, and improvements of existing components. Interested sources must have the ability to support one or more of the MTRS family of unmanned ground vehicles currently used by EOD. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their interests by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, demonstration video and other technical data as well as identification of current customers and rough indication of pricing for a single.
