Description
Industry Day Announcement Solicitation Number: W9124R10SRMCP Project Title: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization Construction Projects, as needed, for the United States Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) located at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center- Yuma AZ intends to conduct an Industry Day on 5 April 2011 from 9:00 AM MST to 12:00 PM MST at the Palm Gardens Community Center, Building 530, U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Functional areas of required support will be discussed as will the utilization of a MATOC as an enterprise solution. All interested parties are invited. Due to the size of the facility, limitation of three attendees per company is imposed. If you plan on attending, please provide written notification (via-mail) to the Point of Contact (POC) below, no later than COB, 29 March 2011. Visitor requests are not necessary. Be advised that attendees will need to possess a valid picture identification or, if driving, a current driver's license, proof of insurance and vehicle registration to gain access to the Main Administrative Area (MAA) of the Installation.
