- Military activities in Oklahoma and Kansas including Fort Sill, OK; Reynolds Army Hospital, Altus AFB, OK; Tinker AFB, OK, Guthrie JCC, OK; 137 Services Flight, OK; 138 Services International Guard, OK; Tulsa JCC, OK, Ft. Leavenworth, KS, 190th ANG, KS, Ft Riley, KS, and McConnell AFB, KS require delivery of an indefinite quantity of milk and dairy orders. Order period for Ft Leavenworth is on or about July 1, 2011 through two years thereafter and an order period of November 27, 2011 through November 23, 2013 for all other customers. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. Contract period will be for 24 months. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation issue date is approximately mid-August. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS in order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations/.
