- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for monitoring, maintenance and document support service for the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Radio Dispatch Network System. Due to the proprietary nature of the software involved and FPS does not have access to the technical data required to issue a competitive solicitation, this procurement will be sole source to Motorola, Inc. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The period of performance for this requirement is April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. The solicitation and contract will include three, one month options.
