Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6. As supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-3, effective March 31, 2009. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541519 and the small business size standard is $25,000,000.00. The award will be in accordance with FAR 6.1. The solicitation will result in a firm- fixed price contract. Please submit all questions via email to the Point of Contact by March 14, 2011. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The intention of this solicitation is to renew 225 Oracle Primavera ProSight Named User Perpetual license and support with one Server Perpetual Software update license and support for use in DLA, DLA Document Services, DLA Energy, DLA General Counsel (DG) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act Division (DGA) and DLA Information Operations at Philadelphia from April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. The following factors will be evaluated: Quotes must be firm-fixed-priced. The quantities must be sufficient to be considered equal. Description 0001 225 Primavera ProSight - user license 0002 1 Primavera ProSight - Server ProSight serves as DLA's authoritative inventory of IT investments and is used to satisfy external and internal reporting requirements and to support DLA's IT portfolio management practice. Current investment data includes fields required for reporting to the DOD Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR) such as system description, points of contact, life cycle, E-authentication, interoperability, Federal Information Security Management Act, and Privacy Impact Assessment/Privacy Act information. ProSight is also the repository for data that supports the Program Executive Officer (PEO) Oversight Review & Analysis Tool & Acquisition Library (Portal). Portal leverage DLA's investment data in ProSight while enhancing the PEO's ability for continuous improvement of IT business system program oversight. ProSight maintenance includes customer service, technical support and the rights to ProSight upgrades.
