26F Acft, F-16; 56F Acft, B-1B; DEA Generator Set, Diesel Engine, 200KW, MEP009A; FMF Acft, B-2 Bomber (ATB); HZN Forrestal Class CV; JAN Nimitz Class CVN; JKN Wasp Class LHD; JLN Tarawa Class LHA; MDF Radar Threat Emiter AN/MST-T1; and PAF U-2 Airframe. RFP SPM4A6-11-R-1290, IQC11060009028, NSN 5970-01-167-4780, Insulation Sleeving in accordance with SAE AMS-DTL-23053/15. This item is not commercial. This item is being procured under a small business set-aside, "full and open competition after exclusion of sources" The Buy American Act applies. This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The guaranteed minimum is 1,095 EA, base year only. Maximum annual contract quantity: 8,760 EA. Minimum delivery order quantity: 1,095 EA; maximum delivery order quantity: 4,380 EA, which is also the Estimated Annual Demand. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at origin, which includes a Contractor First Article Test (FAT) and Inspection and Acceptance at destination for all delivery orders. Delivery (PLT) was requested for this IQC at 24 days for all delivery orders, after approval of FAT, as posted on the Surge Database website. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders only; stock delivery locations will be any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. The solicitation will be available on or about March 24, 2011, and will close on or about April 24, 2011. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
