Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Midland Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: From the intersection of SH 191 and FM 1788 East to the intersection of Loop 250 and Fairgrounds Road. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Loop 250 and Fairgrounds Road southbound to the intersection of Fairgrounds Road and I-20. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of Fairgrounds Road and I-20 westbound to the intersection of I-20 and FM 1788. Western Boundary: From the intersection of I-20 and FM 1788 northbound to the intersection of FM 1788 and SH 191. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,762 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,300 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 covered Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name/address; • Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN). • Location of space in the building and date it will be available. • One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement. • Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative UGL Services Equis Operations.
