The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a competitive task order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for CDC Information Management Services (CIMS). This opportunity is available to four (4) contractors (2020 Company, Business Computer Applications, DB Consulting and Emergint Technologies) under the CIMS multiple award contract, which was previously competed and awarded in 2010. The objective of this requirement is to expand upon the existing capabilities of the Immunization Information System - Trends in Immunization Practices System (IIS-TIPS). The Contractor shall provide CDC with a method to: (1) Modify and enhance existing IIS-TIPS SAS code to ensure that data processing procedures are consistent with IIS best practices and result in the highest quality dataset and (2) Develop new SAS code to analyze trends in vaccination coverage and immunization practices. Period of Performance: 12 months Anticipated Date of Award: On or before April 1, 2011 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Amanda Haynes at hsr8@cdc.gov.
