Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice of governement's intent to solicit proposals from regularly established businesses to provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service on Overhead Paging System. Work shall be performed at the VAMC Augusta both Uptown and downtown divisions. A complete statement of work will be included in the actual solicitation. The solicitation will result in firm fixed price contract. The anticipted period of performance is 1 April 2011 through 30 September 2011 with four(4) one-year options to renew. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The RFP number is VA-247-11-RP-0154. The applicable NAICS code is 811213 with business size standard of $7.0 Million. The solicitation will be issued on or after March 8, 2011. Prospective offerors are urged to submit questions/copncers to filida.enoch@va.gov. No telephoinic requests will be honored. Interested firms shall ensure registration in the VetBiz data system as being a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concern at: www.vetbiz.gov. Also registration in the Central Contractors Registration data system (CCR) at: www.ccr.gov.
