Description
•I. The subject Solicitation for Offers is amended as follows: •· Modifications to rentable square feet requested •· Modifications to parking requirement •· Modifications to initial offer due date •· Modifications to delineated area •· Deletion of Public Transportation requirement •· Modification to number of days until Occupancy following Tenant Improvement Notice to Proceed Section(s) 1.1 A and 1.1 B shall be deleted in entirety and replaced with the following: •1.1 AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE (AUG 2008) •A. The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 1,840 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 1,600 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 1,760 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Refer to the "Measurement of Space" paragraph in the UTILITIES, SERVICES AND LEASE ADMINISTRATION section of the Solicitation for Offers (SFO). •B. The Government requires 3 reserved parking spaces within 1 block of offered property. The cost of this parking shall be included as part of the rental consideration. Section 1.3 shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 1.3 OFFER DUE DATE (AUG 2008) Offers are due by March 11, 2011 by 4:00 PM MST and shall remain open until lease award. Section 1.6 shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 1.6 AREA OF CONSIDERATION (AUG 2008) The Property must be located within the delineated area of Pierre, SD and within the street boundaries as noted below. Buildings which face and have street addresses on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated area. North - Parallel running East to West passing through the junction of South Dakota State Highway 1804 and U.S. Highway(s) 14 & 83 South - Island View Drive East - Garfield Avenue West - Poplar Avenue Section 1.7 A 4 shall be deleted in its entirety. Section 1.8 A shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 1.8 OCCUPANCY DATE (AUG 2008) A. Occupancy is required 120 days after the Contracting Officer issues the Tenant improvement Notice to Proceed.
