- Alkmaar clinic statement of work. Drawings for the roof truss system for Alkmaar. New Amsterdam statement of work. Drawings for the roof truss system for New Amsterdam. LTS IV statement of work. Drawings for the roof truss system for LTS IV. Lelydrop school statement of work. Drawings for the roof truss system for Lelydrop. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0268 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49; Defense Circular Number 20110222; Air Force Circular 2011-0214. This procurement is being issued as a HUBzone set-aside under NAICS code 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. CLIN 0001 - Roof truss systems for four buildings in Suriname. Building sizes are 36'6"x67'10"; 44'x109'9.25"; 36'6"x72'4"; and 36'6"x66'10". Description: All work shall be done in accordance with attached drawings and statement of work for each building. All trusses shall be built with 2"x6"x1/2"x16 gauge cold-rolled galvanized C-Channel. All trusses shall be built in pieces small enough to fit into 20' "sea van" containers. On average each container has a 20' length, 8' 6" height, and 8' width with a empty weight of approximately 4,400 pounds and a max gross weight of 52,800 pounds. "Sea vans" will be provided by the government to the contractors place of business, contractor shall load "sea vans", and and the "sea vans" will be shipped at government cost from the contractor place of business. The government will pay for all shipping from the contractors place of business. Trusses are requested to be in container ready to ship by 25 April 2011. If this time cannot be met please provide an estimated completion time, including loading into "sea vans" after reciept of order. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
