- A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Milwaukee, WI Delineated Area: Milwaukee CBD, defined as: North-Juneau Street, South-Clybourn Street, East-Lake Michigan, and West-6 th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,507 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,182 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Structured Parking Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 10 on-site Parking Spaces (Reserved): 13 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Existing space ONLY. The Government is seeking five (5) blocks of space, broken down as follows; 1) 6,274 to 6,588 SF (ABOA) 2) 2,744 to 2,881 SF (ABOA) 3) 2,137 to 2,244 SF (ABOA) 4) 1,339 to 1,406 SF (ABOA) 5) 1,013 to 1,064 SF (ABOA) All blocks of space must be located in the same building Blocks do not have to be contiguous, nor located on the same floor. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. B. Projected Dates.
