Description
RFP Amendment A00005 Amendment A00005 (03 March 2011) The purpose of this synopsis amendment is to post amendment A00005 to HSTS04-11-R-CT2003. The amendment cancels the solicitation. Amendment A00004 (10 December 2010) The purpose of this synopsis amendment is to post amendment A00004 to HSTS04-11-R-CT2003. Please see all attachments and note that the Response Date has changed. Amendment A00003 (02 December 2010) The purpose of this synopsis amendment is to post amendment A00003 to HSTS04-11-R-CT2003. Please see all attachments. Amendment A00002 (24 November 2010) The purpose of this synopsis amendment is to post amendment A00002 to HSTS04-11-R-CT2003. Please see all attachments. Amendment A00001 (03 November 2010) The purpose of this synopsis amendment is to (1) amend Section L.8 of the solicitation in accordance with the attached amendment A00001 to HSTS04-11-R-CT2003 and (2) inform potential offerors that Section L.8 of the solicitation, as amended, contains the proper instructions regarding the SSI vetting process. Accordingly, potential offerors should disregard the file entitled "SSI Clearance Information". This change does not affect individuals who have already been vetted under this solicitation (HSTS04-11-R-CT2003) or under pre-solicitation HSTS04-10-R-RED216. Original Synopsis (28 October 2010) The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to procure Credential Authentication Technology-Boarding Pass Scanning Systems (CAT/BPSS) systems as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). The purpose of CAT/BPSS is to enable TSA to identify fraudulent identification documents and boarding passes. CAT/BPSS systems will be delivered to sites throughout the United States and its territories. Portions of the RFP contain Sensitive Security Information (SSI). All Contractors interested in responding to the CAT/BPSS Solicitation must go through a vetting process and be approved to have access to SSI. For contractors that have been successfully vetted under Pre-Solicitation No. HSTS04-10-R-RED216, please contact the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist for access to the portions of the RFP that contain SSI. For contractors that have not been vetted under Pre-Solicitation No. HSTS04-10-R-RED216, please review the solicitation. Please note that the clearance process can take several weeks.
