Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Brentwood, Tennessee Project #: 1TN2002 The United States Government currently occupies 21,987 rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related-use space at 5300 Maryland Way, Brentwood, Tennessee under an expiring lease GS-04B-40028. The Government intends to negotiate and award a Lease Renewal at this location for 21,987 rentable square feet (RSF) of fully-serviced space for a five year term, based on economics, mission, and other factors. It has been determined that this lease renewal will result in less cost to the federal government considering economics, mission, and other factors (including relocation costs). Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the government's intent to award this project under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Randell G. Mills, Leasing Specialist, at randell.mills @gsa.gov, or to his attention at: General Services Administration, Real Estate Acquisition Division (4PR1C), 77 Forsyth Street, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30303-3458.
