Description

ARRA Recovery Project: An undefinitized contract was issued to Matsuo Engineering Centerre Construction A Joint Venture for the New Custom House ARRA Modernization project as a modification to the current contract. The amount of the contract modification is $1,469,456. This amount is for (1)sanitary sewer upgrades replacing an aged sanitary waste system. This line item amount is $948,537.00, and (2) the remaining amount of $520,919.00 is to add photovoltaic panels to the roof of the building to meet minimum performance criteria.
