Description: The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Phoenix, Arizona, intends to award a sole source contract to Father Antonio Sotelo to provide Catholic religious services for individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Correctional Institution/Federal Prison Camp, Phoenix, Arizona. The contract shall consist of a base period and four option periods. Father Sotelo is the priest approved by the local parish to provide services at the FCI.
