Description

It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Order Agreement (BOA) and a Letter Solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Blade Set, 8 th Stage Compressor use on a ENGINE, AIRCRAFT C-135E. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN 2840-00-799-6320, the quantity is 1,234 each. FOB is Origin; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Configuration Control applies. This requirement is coded 3C approved source is United Technologies Corporation, CAGEs 52661 and 77445, and will be solicited as Other than Full and Open. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 17, 2011.
