- PR NO: 0040687814 - NSN: 6220-01-174-6859 - LIGHT INDICATING PANEL - LUMINESCENT (32890) P/N 5464 and INDAL TECHNOLOGIES (36334) P/N 212698 - CRITICAL APPLICATION This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 497 each with a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. Delivery requirement is 116 days. A Subcontracting Plan is required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
