- Item 0001AA: NSN: 6150-00-872-1708JX, Part Number, 6799881, Electrical Cable Assembly Set. Item 0001AB: NSN: 6150-00-872-1708JX, Part Number, 6799881, Electrical Cable Assembly Set. The Temperature Indicator Test Cable Set is used in conjunction with the Temperature Trim System Set. The TTST is designed to support the T-56 Turboporp engines. The functions this system supports are: a) Make a static checkout of the complete temperature datum system b) Check and adjust the temperature datum control schedule c) Calibration check on the turbine inlet temperature indicator In conjunction with the temperature trim system test set, these cables are used to check the temperature indicator system on the A/C. Basic requirement is for four (4) each. There will be four (4) options, each for a quantity range of 1-12 each. Delivery is 270 days ARO Contract. Requirement is reserved 100% for Small Business Set Aside. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance using the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 18 March 2011, with a response due 18 April 2011. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The RFP will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. The technical data required to respond to the RFP will also be available at www.fedbizopps.gov. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may access the data.
