Description
The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington, is currently requesting information in order to determine the existence of viable commercial sources capable of providing complete services as stated in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Privately Owned vehicle (POV) Storage for US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) JBLM, WA. If you are interested and are capable of providing the required services as described in the draft PWS, please complete the attached Sources Sought Questionnaire and email your response to suzanna.s.day@us.army.mil no later than 10:00:00 AM PST on 9 March 2011. Include any comments or questions you may have in reference to the draft PWS. Interested companies are encouraged to: a. Evaluate and challenge all elements of the draft PWS. b. Identify requirements that account for a high percentage of total cost or are unduly restrictive. c. Identify techniques or methods that would result in delivery of better service or quicker delivery. d.Identify any new technology approaches or techniques appropriate for the procurement described in the draft PWS that would result in a better performing contract or in cost savings to either party. The intended contract period is a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. A Sources Sought Questionnaire is below. Responses to the Questionnaire are encouraged from all interested parties. You are advised that providing responses to the questions will not automatically include you in the acquisition process for this solicitation. Please provide any additional feedback in your response that you feel is relevant.
