- SOLICITATION: SPM4A6-11-R-1280; NSN 6620-01-135-0090; PR 0024460119; ITEM: Transmitter, Pressure; IAW Vibro-Meter, Inc., (CAGE 58880), part number 418-07054. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis (Other Than Full and Open Competition). Required delivery is 83 days After Date of Order. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. FOB is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This DLA direct procurement is for a Firm Fixed Price type contract for a base quantity of 163 each with provisions for a 100% quantity option. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DBIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dal.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
