NSN(s) 4710-01-251-3715 Estimated Yearly Quantity 123 Unit of Issue: EA ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR PR: IQC10292009060 TUBE AND FITTINGS, METALLIC. ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY.THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY (07482) P/N 1526M31G01 PAKO, INC. (58537) P/N 1526M31G01 All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4710. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) basic with the possibility of extending up to three option years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 16 March 2011 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1/C coded item. The 1 implies the item has been screened and found to be already competitive. The C AMSC code indicates contracting from approved source. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The inspection/acceptance is at DESTINATION. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed four (4) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition after exclusion of sources.
