The Government anticipates a period of performance with a one (1) year base and four (4) 1-year option periods. The Government is researching the following as the minimum needs: We are looking for a hotel or property management company that can quote on the following services: Provide lodging services for an average of 200 Civilian Mariners at a time. Three properties may be used to complete this task. The main property must be able to house fifty-one (51) percent of all Civilian Mainers. This translates to 101 Civilian Mariners at any given time. The two additional hotels can aid in supporting all additional Mariners. These properties must be within twenty-five (25) miles of 581 A Street, Building SP-312, Naval Station Norfolk, VA 23511-2419. The property and SP-312 must not be separated by a tunnel. Please include the socio-economic status of your company. Please include your means of safe-guarding valuables (in room, behind the counter safes). Please include the name, menu, and operating hours of any stores and/or restaurants on site. Does the on-site restaurant (if there is one) provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Please include the names and distance of all restaurants, stores, and entertainment within a two mile radius. Does the hotel allow free parking? Are pets allowed to stay in the rooms, if so, what are the restrictions associated with pets on the property? Is smoking allowed in any of the rooms, if so, what are the restrictions associated with smoking on the property? All properties must be willing to supply a refrigerator and microwave for each room housing a Civilian Mariner. Will all three of the properties be able to do this? What is the location of your nearest bus stop? Do you have On-site Laundry Facilities? If so, please explain how laundry works, (i.e. free with the room, coin operated, et cetera).
