- Specific make and model J & A F5 software maintenance requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to renew F5 software maintenance listed in the attached document. The maintenance has expired. The period of performance will be one year from date of award which is anticipated to be 16 March 2011. The evaluation factor will be lowest price, technically acceptable. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only, prior to 12 p.m. (noon) on March 7, 2011. No telephone calls will be accepted.
