Attachment 5 & 6, Vicinity and Fire Ant Maps Attachment 3 & 4 in MS Word Format Appendixes A-E Solicitation AG-4660-S-11-007 A site visit will be held on 22 Mar 2011 at 1:30 p.m. in the Conference Room -Bldg 760-15G, Savannah River Site. Offerors planning to attend this conference must notify Liz Brooks elizabethbrooks@fs.fed.us (803) 725-0246, Charlie Davis cedavis@fs.fed.us or Margie Yeaton (803) 725-0239 (myeaton@fs.fed.us) before 17 Mar 2011 at 1:00 p.m. When you call please provide name and social security number of persons coming to the conference along with the company name and phone number. Attendance is strongly encourage but not mandatory. The USDA Forest Service Savannah River has a requirement for a Threatened, Endangered & Sensitive Plant Species (TES) botanical survey. Contractor will provide all equipment, labor materials, tools, supervision, including safety and other incidentals necessary to perform the TES Surveys within the boundaries of the Department of Energy's, Savannah River Site. The Contractor will conduct botanical surveys for the presence of TES and Non-Native Invasive Species (NNIS) in selected forested stands within the SRS's McQueen's Branch Watershed (MCB) which is located in Aiken and Barnwell Counties, South Carolina. Timber Compartment comprising the MCB are 51, 52 and portions of 18, 58, and 64. (Approximately2,950 acres) The Contractor shall use scientifically established survey methods based on the quality of the habitat encountered. Work to be performed by 1 Sep 2011. The solicitation will be issued on or around 23 Feb 2011. The size standard is $7 million under NAICS code 115310. This is a Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. Savannah River Site is a restricted access Government facility and vehicle searches are done on all vehicles entering the Site. No contraband items, such as guns, ammunition, drugs etc. are allowed on Site. A picture ID of persons entering the Site is required A minimum of 72 hours is required to process any security badge requests for U.S. Citizens and up to 30 days could be required for non-U.S. citizens. Offerors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. If a site visit is conducted it will be indicated when the solicitation is posted on this website. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed by FAR Clause 52.204-7 and ORCA.
