Description
Marine Corps Systems Command intends to procure the following software and maintenance support: 1.Auralia 4 (5-User Lab Pack) 2.Band-in-a Box Pro for MAC 3.EarMaster 5 Pro 4.Finale 2010 for MAC 5.Musition 4 6.Smartmusic for Educators 7.Smartmusic for Students 8.Pyware 3D Professional The software shall be the requested brands and quantities and also be MAC compatible. Windows based software will not work. This particular brand name, product, or feature is essential to the Government's requirements, and market research indicates other companies' similar products or products lacking the particular feature, do not meet, or cannot be modified to meet the agency's needs. Vendors shall review the requirement of the RFQ and ensure that their responses reflect adequate understanding of the requirement. Additionally, vendors shall complete the RFQ form block 17a on Page 1 (company name, address, POC name, phone number and e-mail address, CAGE code, DUNS number, and TIN number) and Description of Supplies on pages 2. Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking additional price reductions from the listed prices. Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote complies with the RFQ, meets the requirements as outlined in the specifications and represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. In addition, the Government reserves the rights to establish a competitive range for evaluation purposes. The Contracting Officer may limit the number of proposals in competitive range to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated quote. Therefore, the offeror's initial quote should contain the offeror's best terms from price and technical specification standpoint. Freight is FOB Destination. Questions regarding the enclosed RFQ must be submitted via email to Sonja Johnson at sonja.johnson1@usmc.mil not later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, March 8, 2011. Questions will not be accepted by phone. RFQ Closing Date. Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be via Navy Electronic Commerce Online/FedBizOps not later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, March 23, 2011. No late quotes will be considered. No other form of submission will be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210. This is a small business set aside. No third party vendor allowed.
