- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor is seeking sources to operate and maintain Navy communication, electronic, and computer systems at the following sites: Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii JBPHH, Annex Wahiawa, Hawaii Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, Far East on Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, Guam. Naval Radio Transmitter Facility (NRTF) Dixon, California Naval Radio Transmitter Facility (NRTF), Guam Naval Radio Transmitter Facility (NRTF) Lualualei, Hawaii Mobile User Objective System (MUOS), Geraldton, Australia Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS PAC) provides critical Command, Control, Telecommunications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) and Strategic Communications throughout the Pacific theater and Indian Ocean for, but not limited to, the Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM), National Security Agency (NSA), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE), afloat and ashore NATO and Coalition Forces, Homeland Security and civilian law enforcement agencies utilizing Very Low Frequency (VLF), Low Frequency (LF), High Frequency (HF), Super High Frequency (SHF), Ultra-High Frequency (UHF), Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Advanced EHF (AEHF), UHF Follow-On (UFO) and SATCOM / TELEPORT. The programs supported include, but are not limited to, the Fixed Submarine Broadcast System (FSBS), Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), Global Broadcast Service (GBS), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Information Technology (IT) Support, Regional Top Level Architecture (R-TLA), Rapid Attack Identification Detection & Reporting System (RAIDRS), Mobile User Objective System (MUOS), Knowledge Management Technical Support (KMTS) IT Support, and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Support. Top Secret and COMSEC security clearances are required. This contract also includes requirements for facilities, emergency power, and grounds maintenance. This is a follow-on effort to Contracts N0060408C0002, N0060408C0001, N0017805D4540, W91QUZ06D0018, and W91QUZ07D0003/EP02. Scope This contract will provide support services in six mission critical areas: Hawaii Communications Electronics, Dixon California Communications Electronics, Guam Communications Electronics, Equipment Calibration Services, GCCS IT Support, and Knowledge Management IT Support.
