U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Alabama City: Mobile Delineated Area: North: From the corner of Interstate 65 (I-65) and Spring Hill Avenue, to North Broad Street, to Beauregard Street, to North Water Street, to South Water Street, to Water Street, to Interstate 10 (1-10), to Battleship Parkway, to Spanish Fort Blvd. (Rt. 31), East: Route 59, to west on Route 90 (16), to south on Route 181, to west on Daphne Avenue, to south on Route 98 (42), to west on Johnson Road, to Deer Avenue, South: Deer Avenue (east bay), to Mobile Bay, to Perimeter Road (west bay), to Gatot Koco Drive, to Military Road, to Dauphin Island Parkway, to I-10, due south to Riverere Du Chien Road, to Halls Mill Road. West: From Halls Mill Road, to Azalea Road, to South McGregor Avenue, to North McGregor Avenue, to Spring Hill Avenue. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,348 Maximum Sq. Ft. Proposed space cannot be located in a building that is within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics, and/or day care facilities. The office space and parking must be accessible on an unrestricted 24/7 basis to government employees, 365 days per year. Preference will be given to covered and on-site parking with secure fencing and controlled access. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
