Description

Naval Inventory Control Point - Mechanicsburg (NAVICP-M) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Siemens Government Services Inc. for annual maintenance for FEMAP Professional Floating Network and Client License. The Period of Performance is 01 March 2011 through 28 February 2012. Required support is as follows: 0001E004-MTFEMAP Professional Floating Network and Client License Maintenance RenewalNotes: IP69665S/N 00A0C99D875C In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to Siemens as they are the sole developer of the software licenses and the only provider of maintenance for those licenses. Prospective offerors who wish to challenge the sole-source award or express an interest in supplying the above software maintenance should submit their fully documented challenges or expressions of interest no later than Friday, February 18, 2011 at 12:00 pm EST.
