- Synopsis: Procure Medical/Surgical Equipment for the Portland VA Medical Center that will replace existing inter-operative nerve monitoring/stimulating equipment that is outdated and no longer working. The contractor shall provide all equipment, hardware and manuals. The proposed items are NIM Response 3.0 Brand. If equal items are offered then they must meet the salient characteristics stated in the solicitation. This procurement is restricted utilizing cascading procedures giving first opportunity to Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). See FAR Provision 52.212-2 for specific evaluation criteria. All Offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. NAICS 423450 applies-size standard is 100 Employees. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is $36,758.70. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in FedBizOpps to Receive Notification of amendments. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation.
