Description

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)-Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for preventive maintenance, quarterly inspections, and unlimited emergency repairs on all automatic doors and associated hardware located throughout the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS Code 335999, size standard 500 employees. The contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide annual maintenance, repair (non-emergency and emergency), and quarterly inspection of all automatic door operator equipment located throughout the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) for the period of Date of Award through September 30, 2011 with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract. Solicitation will be available for download from FBO on or about February 11, 2011. Solicitations are due no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on February 25, 2011.
