However, the corresponding changes to the Contract Price Schedule were inadvertently overlooked. As such, the Contract Price Schedule has been revised. The revised CPS entitled, "Rev Contract Price Schedule" can be obtained by contacting the Contracting Officer, Joelle Mascarenas at Joelle_Mascarenas@nps.gov if you are not already on the bidder's list. 2. There is a delivery road where equipment can be dropped off, but contractor parking will be in the main parking lots. If a delivery/service vehicle is needed to complete work, law enforcement personnel will direct them to a location in which to park in proximity to the job site. All workers must park in the general parking lot where visitors park and wak in to the job site. The delivery access road has a security checkpoint where the driver will be identified and logged in upon entry. Workers walking in will go through a pedestrian security checkpoint. If they are carrying bags, tools, or equipment, these items will be searched, tagged and logged in. Q5: Could you please provide as-builts for the telecommunications/signal and/or security conduit layout? If the drawings are too large to be sent out, is it possible to schedule a time to review them?A5: As-built drawings are not available at this time. Instead, Construction Drawings (14 pages total) are provided as attachments to this amended annoucement in response to this question. The drawings can be obtained by contacting the Contracting Officer, Joelle Mascarenas at Joelle_Mascarenas@nps.gov if you are not already on the bidder's list. Q6: Do you want the Project Management cost to be distributed within the equipment or included in the labor category?A6: Project Mangement costs should be spread across the project in whatever way the contractor feels is appropriate to the work, but should not be billed as an upfront cost. Q7: Is the price proposal to be submitted separately from the technical proposal?A7: Yes, and the prices proposed must be shown on the Contract Price Schedule, as well as the SF-1449 form. Q8: Please confirm the number of copies is one plus the original.A8: Yes, please submit an original and one copy. Q9: Would it be possible to schedule another walk through of the site?A9: There are no more formal site visits scheduled.
