Description

The purpose of this special notice is to publicize the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Center for Acquisition Innovation (CAI) intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 “ Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The sole source contract will be awarded to Network Media Partners, Incorporated to continue the VA CAI ™s corporate membership status as a Platinum sponsor of the National Contract Management Association (NMCA) World Congress and maintain its current annual advertising program through the NCMA Contract Management magazine. No solicitation will be issued for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered by the agency by February 10, 2011 to Brynn McGowan at Brynn.McGowan@va.gov.
