The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 5 Contracting Office, Linthicum, MD, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Strategic Decisions Group, 745 Emerson Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301-2411 to develop a Safe Patient Handling (SPH) business case.
