- Notice of Intent: The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intend to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract modification under Contract HSBP1010C00026 to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) for the procurement of up to three (3) additional Predator B Guardian Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). The anticipated delivery period will be twelve months from date of contract modification. This modification will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact GA-ASI directly. See Numbered Note 22.
