- US Flag Carrier Shipment Requirements PUBLIC RELEASE OF INFORMATION Past Performance Questionnaire Omnibus Certification Pamphlet Notice of Solicitation and Submission Requirements for Qualification WORLDWIDE DESIGN-BUILD GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACTS for Containerized Housing/Office Units and Modular Construction SAQMMA11R0103 Secret Security Clearance Required Notice of Solicitation of Submissions for Contractor Pre-Qualification THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Office of Logistics Management, on behalf of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting submissions to pre-qualify firms to furnish pre-fabricated and engineered Containerized Housing/Office Units (CH/OU) and Modular Construction (MC), by means of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under which firm-fixed-price task orders will be awarded on a competitive basis. The individual task orders issued under the contracts may include a requirement for CH/OU, MC, design-build services, construction services, supply, furnish, ship and/or install services or a combination thereof. The tasks required under the contract shall support U. S. diplomatic missions worldwide and U.S. operations in support of contingency, humanitarian relief effects, and emergency relief operations on a global basis, and may include Controlled Access Areas requiring secure fabrication and storage and cleared installation. 1. Description Provide a CH/OU capable of operating specified building systems to support occupancy for approximately five years with minimal operations and maintenance requirements and independent utility and communication connections. The CH/OU and MC projects may require complete full design-build construction of a secure compound to include perimeter security; vehicular and pedestrian access control facilities; parking; site recreational facilities fully supportive infrastructure and utilities. The CH/OU and MC structures shall be able to withstand structural and other loads, thermally induced movement, and exposure to weather without failure or infiltration of water into the unit's interior. The CH/OU and MC shall be capable of standalone application or may be required to be integrated with other CH/OU or MC; doubled stacked in various layouts to include side by side integrated configuration for optimal space efficiencies and minimization of utility and infrastructure installation. The CH/OU and MC structures shall include steel skid or other features or components which provide flexibility and easy relocation from one location/project to another. The CH/OU and MC shall have internal system capabilities that allow configuration of comfort and life support systems suitable for extreme climates. ***********************SEE ATTACHED**************************
