Description
RFQ - GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE NATIONAL ENERGY TECHNOLOGY LABORATORY (NETL) ALBANY, OREGON, SITE PER THE ATTACHED WORK STATEMENT DOCUMENT. NOTICE: All technical questions concerning this requirement should be directed to Mr. Lee Jensen at 541-967-5901, email: Lee.Jensen@netl.doe.gov.NOTICE: Vendors who are going to quote on this RFQ are strongly encouraged to submit their completed copies of the Request for Quotation (RFQ SF-18), proposal(s), or other documents via the FEDCONNECT.NET portal at www.fedconnect.net. Request for Quotation (RFQ SF-18), proposal(s), and other documents shall also be accepted via email. Vendors may email their RFQs, proposal(s), and other documents to the Purchasing Agent assigned to this requirement, who is Lora Stumpf (412-386-4675), email address lora.stumpf@netl.doe.gov.EVALUATION: An award will be made to the lowest priced (including option years), technically acceptable offer. An award shall be made to the responsible offeror submitting a technically acceptable quote and offering the lowest evaluated price. Offerors shall submit descriptive literature detailing features, technical capabilities, and warranty data. Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this provision as it compares to the minimum characteristics provided herein. Therefore, it is essential that offerors provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc., in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. Compliance will be determined by the offeror's provision of literature showing performance capabilities or through written narrative discussing the points not covered by the published literature.
