Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Fort Worth Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: From the intersection of Silver Creek Rd and Florence Drive heading eastbound to 199/Jacksboro Hwy (SE) to Eagle Mountain Dam Rd to Wells Burnett Rd to 10 Mile Bridge Road, all heading in an eastbound direction. From 10 Mile Bridge Road, head northeast on Robertson Road, then east on Robertson Road. Then heading northbound on Farm to Market 1220/Boat Club Rd to eastbound on W. Bailey Boswell Rd turning into E. Bailey Boswell Rd to northbound on N. Blue Mound Rd. From N. Blue Mound Rd., head east on Harmon Road to Hwy 81/287. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Hwy 81/287 south/southeasterly direction to the intersection of I-35W and I-30. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of I-35W and I-30 westbound direction to the intersection of I-30 and Chapel Creek Boulevard. Western Boundary: From the intersection of I-30 and Chapel Creek Boulevard heading northbound to westbound on White Settlement Road to northbound on Cattlebaron Drive to eastbound on Confederate Park Road/FM 1886 to northbound on Silver Creek Road to eastbound on Florence Drive. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4.800 Space Type: Warehouse and Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 secured spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 secured spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 secured spaces Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Five (5) Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: § A loading dock must be provided. § Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, floor plan, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. § In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
