- (DRAFT) Attachment 1c- JDF File Formats (DRAFT) Dell J&A (DRAFT) Attachment 3- Existing Device Locations (DRAFT) Attachment 2- Facility Locations (DRAFT) Attachment 1b- Configuration Options (DRAFT) Attachment 1a- Equipment Specification Requirements (DRAFT) Attachment 1- SOW (DRAFT) Section B- Schedule of Supplies/Services (DRAFT) Solicitation -DLA Document Services, headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA is the preferred document solutions supplier to the Department of Defense. To support the U.S. military, DLA Document services has over 100 production facilities throughout the world. This Indefinite Delivery contract is intended to replace aging equipment throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and its territories. - This draft RFP regards the DLA Document Services requirement for B&W Small Format Production Equipment/Maintenance/Software. - DLA Document Services intends to conduct a pre-solicitation conference to solicit comments, questions, and provide for interaction with industry concerning this requirement. -Included in the draft RFP are the Solicitation, the Schedule, Attachments 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 2, 3, a zip file and one Justification & Approval for a particular brand name requirement. - Attached are copies of the following documents: 1) Draft Solicitation (Draft SF1449)(PDF) 2) Draft Schedule of Supplies/Services(Microsoft Excel) 3) Attachments: 1- Draft Statement of Work(PDF) 1a- Draft Equipment Specification Requirements(Microsoft Excel) 1b- Draft Configuration Options(Microsoft Excel) 1c- Draft JDF File Formats(Zip File) 2- Facility Locations(Microsoft Excel) 3- Existing Device Locations(Microsoft Excel) -Prospective offerors are requested to review the documents and submit advance questions and comments to: Michael R.
