- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for a SIM Enterprise Premier Membership, 1 yearmembership.The SIM Enterprise Premier Membership provides full access to SIM Advanced PracticesCouncil membership for CIO as well as fullmembership in SIM, including chapter membership; four additional full memberships in SIM,including chapter memberships; one registration to SIMs Regional Leadership Forum, whichincludes aseparate SIM membership for the participant plus SIMposium registration; one registrationto SIMposium, SIMs annual conference; opportunity to access SIM members-only webcasts,publications and white papers.NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Society for Information Management pursuantto FAR 13.106, for the acquisition of supplies or services determined to be reasonablyavailable from only one source. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 2:30 p.m. local timeon Feb 12, 2011. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for thepurpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
