Ft. (ABOA): 3,500 office, 4,376 warehouse and 5,000 ware yard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,025 office, 5,032 warehouse and 6,000 ware yard Space Type: Office, warehouse and ware yard Parking Spaces (Total): To local code. See additional requirements Parking Spaces (Surface): To local code. See additional requirements Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: - Requires access to the building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. - The Government requires a 5,000 USF ware yard to be secured by fence or similar manner. Ware yard must accommodate parking for 9 government owned vehicles. Government may considered a larger warehouse space to accommodate 9 government owned vehicles should a 5,000 USF ware yard not be available. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name/address; • Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN). • Location of space in the building and date it will be available. • One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement. • Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission.
