- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67001-11-Q-0069_is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49 and DFAR Change Notice 20110120. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 112511 and the small business size standard is 500. The Government anticipates award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a twelve month base period plus four (4) one year option periods. Assistant Chief of Staff and Environmental Management Division (EMD) Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for a yearly chemical analysis of ponds aboard Camp Lejeune & restocking of the base ponds with variety of species of fish in accordance with the statement of work. The period of performance will be from date of award to 31 December 2011 the following years will start on 1 Jan through 31 Dec. Twelve month base periods with four (4) one year options periods have been included. See Attachment 1: Statement of Work. Desciptive literature of the company s ability to meet or exceed the spectications as set forth in the statement of work (Attachment 1). (2) Past Performance: Vendor shall submit no more than three (3) past performance references (not more than 3 years old) for contracts similar in scope and size. Information shall include Point of Contact, contract phone number, delivery/period of performance, and contract number. (3)Price: All pricing quoted shall be FOB Destination Pricing. Submit on (Attachment 2). Award will be made on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) of quotes meeting the acceptability standards for non-cost factors with a history of acceptable past performance. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. It is the intent of the Government to issue one award on an all or none basis.
